In July 2021 we sent our youth the Boundary Waters Canoe Area through Voyageurs Lutheran Ministries out of Cook, MN. VLM is a part of the ELCA and is committed to sharing the beauty and splendor of God’s creation through exploration of the BWCA. Campers spent 5 days learning how to care for God’s creation by exploring the BWCA lakes and rivers, camping and enjoying meals around a fire, fishing, swimming, portaging, as well as taking time for daily devotions.
